Credit Terms.  You can apply for credit with Perfect Edge Cutlery, and receive payment terms of Net 30 days.  To establish credit with us please call us at 1(800) 998-3343 to request a credit application.  You will need a bank reference and three trade references. 

Shipping & Processing Charges 
All orders are shipped by UPS the next business day. ground service.  Shipping and processing charge  will automatically be added to the order. Our shipping and processing charge is intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling and packaging the products you have purchased, and delivering them to your specified shipping address.  This standard charge is subject to change as market conditions and prices dictate.

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Perfect Edge Cutlery, you may return the items purchased within 30 days of the purchase date.  Please help us process your return by calling our customer service department at 1-800-998-3343 to request a return authorization number. No returns will be processed without authorization number. Items that are not defective must be returned in resalable condition.  After we receive your return, an exchange or credit will be issued to you.  On certain items and certain quantities, a restocking fee of no more than 20 percent may be assessed.

Warranties

Perfect Edge Cutlery Offers manufactures warranties, which required returning the item directly to the manufactures at the customer expense. Perfect Edge Cutlery liability, if any, for negligence or otherwise, is limited to return of goods sold and refund of purchase price.  This is the exclusive remedy and under no circumstance is Perfect Edge Cutlery liable for consequential damages.
